The shadows do blend really well and the quality is definitely there, but for the price, I expected a little more. I also kind of felt dismissed when I had questions about it, which took away from the overall experience a bit.

I really wanted this to work because it felt nice at first, and I was kind of excited to add it into my routine… but after a few uses, I started breaking out. Maybe it’s just my skin being picky, as usual, but it didn’t fully suit me.

I tried ordering from natashadenona.com, and the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my card details. I refreshed and tried again, but it happened the same way with no real error message or explanation, just a stuck screen.
Then my cart emptied, which pushed me over the edge. I’ll admit I’m biased because I expect a smoother experience from brands selling expensive makeup, but this was just annoying. I ended up giving up and buying from another retailer instead

I do like the makeup, and getting points is definitely a nice bonus. But i felt kind of rushed trying to figure out how the rewards actually work. It took me a bit to understand what I could redeem and when, and I didn’t really want to spend that much time sorting it out. It’s not a bad program, I just wish it was a little clearer and easier to use.

I’m giving it 4 stars because some of the offers were a bit confusing, and I was expecting clearer instructions about what qualified or how certain promos worked. A few things also sold out really fast, but overall I’m happy with my order and would probably shop again during another good promo.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the case is a little bigger than I thought it would be, so I probably wouldn’t toss it in a travel bag unless I really wanted to bring it. But for everyday use at home, it’s nice, it looks sitting on my vanity, and the mirror is actually useful, which is always a plus

I really wanted to like this because the shades looked in the pan, but I had a hard time getting them to blend smoothly. They started going patchy on me, and the more I tried to fix it, the muddier it looked. To be fair, maybe it was the brush I used or my primer that day, so I can’t say for sure it’s all the product. Some shades take a bit more blending than I expected, but once you work with them, they show up beautifully and last well. Overall, really nice quality, just easy to overdo if you’re not careful. 4 stars from me
